I know it's quick, but we're leaving. (for 3 days)

Wonder if we'll survive with no internet. (Don't make fun of us, Henry!!)
We're off to the lake house. Have a book to finish and characters to draw and
ALONE time to be had. *evil grin*

You younguns...*shaking head* When I was your age, the Internet was just getting commercialized. We grew up without it & we did fine! Not only that, we didn't have these fancy doohickeys youall have now. If I wanted to play guitar, I didn't go get that Guitar Hero game. Ohhhh no. I went out & chopped down an oak tree with a butter knife! That gave me the wood for the guitar body, & then I got some sheep guts from my neighbor (he had to put down a couple from his flock because they'd gotten awful sick). I made the strings from those, & then...

No internet for 3 days...hell hubby and I had to deal with that involuntary nightmare a few years ago, and well...we nearly killed each other LMAO

ALONE time is good *giggles*
